I mainly take close-up photographs of natural objects and my work is celebratory and joyful in nature. I like to show the fragile, tender aspects of the natural world through extremely close-up lenses that often reveal sights unseen with the naked eye. This often, but not always, renders my subjects abstract. I like to express the delight I feel in finding colour, shape and form in nature. My images are a visual representation of gratitude and wonder.
