- Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the artwork and are specified in the shopping cart before checkout.
- Our artists pack and send the art themselves according to strict guidelines set by ARTMSTRS. We ensure that the artwork is delivered in perfect condition.
- We advise you to always insure your purchased original artworks, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your precious piece will be protected during transit!
- We understand that receiving your art is a special occasion, and therefore we package it with great care to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition.
- Return shipping within the EU is free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. (Special printed orders such as printed limited editions are excluded; these works are especially produced on your request and therefore non-refundable) Our customer service team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. You can contact us via email or phone, and we will respond promptly.
- We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase from ARTMSTRS. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 14 days of receipt. Simply contact our customer service team, and we will assist you with the return process.
- In the Netherlands, we offer a unique option for our customers to request that the artists themselves deliver their purchased artwork. This option is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact our customer serviceteam for more information.

Free return Policy on EU shipments:
We want you to love your artwork, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy, don’t worry! Returning it is super easy. You have 14 days from the date you received the piece to request a replacement or return, and we’ll take care of everything. We can arrange to collect it from your home, workplace, or any other address that’s convenient for you – and the best part is, it won’t cost you a thing!
To make the process as smooth as possible, just make sure of two things:
- Just a friendly reminder that to be eligible for a replacement or return, please make sure that the artwork arrived within 14 days of your request. We want to make sure you have plenty of time to decide if it’s the perfect piece for you!
- The artwork is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it arrived.
