Dark Angel V

My fascination with creating portraits in a dark, even noir, atmosphere comes from my early childhood, because since I was a child I have always been fascinated by fantastic and dark worlds, I try to create portraits that transport the viewer into another universe. I like to see my portraits as windows to imaginary worlds.
This series is based on The Angel of Death. Death is a subject that fascinates all societies and has always given rise to a great deal of research, often involving the imaginary. The high symbolic content of death and the strong emotional charge associated with the death of human beings have shaped the imagination of human beings, who have created a character, Death, who comes to take people away at the end of their lives. Death is the separation of the soul from the body. Finally freed from its carnal prison, the immortal Soul can freely join heaven for eternity.
